Espe Thana is a passionate education entrepreneur and school leader dedicated to nurturing young learners and building strong educational foundations. As the Founder of Douce Enfance International School in Kigali, she provides vision, leadership, and operational oversight to ensure a safe, nurturing, and high-quality learning environment for children.

With a deep commitment to early childhood development, Espe established Douce Enfance to respond to the growing need for a structured, caring, and academically sound learning space for young children. Under her leadership, the school has been developing its programs with a focus on holistic child development, combining academic readiness, social-emotional growth, and character formation.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Administration at ULK, Espe is continuously strengthening her knowledge in management, organizational leadership, and educational administration. She is committed to applying modern leadership practices to support the growth and sustainability of the school.

Her leadership approach is rooted in care, responsibility, and continuous improvement. She believes that a strong school is built on clear organization, dedicated staff, and a positive relationship between the school and families. She is especially passionate about creating a warm and stimulating environment where children feel safe, valued, and inspired to learn.

In addition to her role in education, Espe is also an entrepreneur involved in various initiatives, reflecting her creativity, resilience, and vision for community development.
