Early Child Development Program

At Douce Enfance, we believe that every child deserves a joyful, safe, and inspiring environment where learning begins naturally through love, play, and discovery. Our ECD Program is designed to nurture children academically, socially, emotionally, physically, and creatively during their most important developmental years.

We provide a balanced daily routine that combines play-based learning, guided teacher-led activities, creative exploration, and hands-on experiences. Through meaningful indoor and outdoor activities, children learn by doing, touching, experimenting, and interacting with the world around them.

Our classrooms and learning spaces are thoughtfully prepared to support every child’s unique development, interests, creativity, and natural curiosity. We encourage independence, confidence, communication, and a lifelong love for learning in a warm and nurturing environment.

Our Toddler Program provides a safe, loving, and stimulating environment focused on sensory exploration, movement, communication, and social development. Children are encouraged to discover the world around them through music, play, storytelling, and guided interaction.

At this stage, children are gently introduced to school routines, early independence, sensory play, language development, and social interaction. Learning takes place through play, exploration, creativity, and hands-on experiences.

Nursery 1 focuses on foundational learning through play, communication, creativity, and motor skill development. Children begin developing early literacy, numeracy, listening, and problem-solving skills in a fun and engaging environment.

Children continue building academic readiness through pre-literacy, numeracy, creativity, and critical thinking activities. The program strengthens confidence, concentration, independence, and collaborative learning.

Our Kindergarten program prepares children for primary school with a stronger focus on reading readiness, writing, mathematics, communication, independence, and critical thinking while maintaining a joyful and child-centered learning environment.

Areas of Learning

Academic Development

Children learn through play, repetition, participation, storytelling, music, and hands-on activities. Our learning environment encourages early numeracy, problem-solving, shape recognition, sorting, counting, creativity, and school readiness skills in a fun and engaging way.

Communication and Language

Language development is at the heart of early learning. We help children build vocabulary, listening skills, confidence in speaking, reading readiness, handwriting readiness, and letter recognition. Through songs, storytelling, conversations, and interactive activities, children develop strong communication abilities that support all future learning.

Personal, Social, and Emotional Development

We nurture each child’s self-confidence, independence, emotional well-being, and ability to build positive relationships. Children learn how to express themselves, cooperate with others, manage emotions, follow routines, and develop respect, kindness, and responsibility.

Physical Development

Our program supports both gross motor and fine motor development. Through indoor and outdoor activities, art, games, sensory play, and large play equipment, children strengthen coordination, balance, movement, muscle development, and fine motor control.
